Michael, I would like to speak with you at your convenience. My grandfather was the officer who ultimately died during the interruption of the Zeke Caress kidnapping. I am compiling a scrap book of all the LBPT clippings and was looking for more sources. On another note, Officer Waggoner is being entered into the Fallen Officers Honor Roll this May 2016.
